Recognition and Rewards Reports
Deluxe plans include two advanced analytics dashboards that give admins a real-time view of how recognition and rewards are being used across the team — no need to export anything first. Both dashboards let you switch the time range (Year, Month, Week, Today, or a Custom range) to zoom in or out on activity.
Recognition report
This dashboard focuses on taco-giving activity:
- Tacos — total tacos given in the selected period, with the percent change versus the prior period.
- Tacos per capita — tacos given per user, so you can gauge participation independent of headcount.
- Engagement — the percentage of users who gave at least one taco in the period.
- Activity — a chart showing daily giving volume, plus a calendar view highlighting which days had activity.
- Top givers — a table of your most active givers, who they gave the most to (their "top receiver"), and how many tacos, with a visual breakdown of where those tacos went.
- Tags — you can also see which company-value tags (like #ownership or #teamwork) are being used most, so you can tell which values are actually getting recognized. See How do Taco Tags work? for how tags get added to taco messages in the first place.
Rewards report
This dashboard focuses on redemption activity:
- Taco economy — your team's total unspent taco balance, plus a breakdown of tacos earned, tacos spent, and the net change for the period.
- Tacos per capita — tacos redeemed per user in the period.
- Engagement — the percentage of users who redeemed at least one taco.
- Activity — a chart of redemption volume over the selected period.
- Top spenders — who redeemed the most tacos, and on what.
- Redemption types — a breakdown of redemptions by reward type (Custom, Collaborative, Gift Cards), so you can see which type your team gravitates toward.
- Rewards — a table of every reward in your Taco Shop, how many times each was redeemed (with trend), and how many tacos were spent on it — useful for spotting which rewards are actually landing versus which ones to retire.
Together, these two reports are the fastest way to check the health of your taco economy without leaving the dashboard to download anything.
