HeyTaco gives you several ways to see how recognition and rewards are actually being used across your team — from live dashboards to raw data exports. Here's where to look depending on what you need.

Recognition and Rewards Reports (Deluxe)

Two built-in dashboards give you an at-a-glance view of your taco economy — no exporting required. See Recognition and Rewards Reports for a full breakdown of what each one shows.

Leaderboard

Want to see who's giving and receiving the most? The Leaderboard can be filtered by given/received/combined and by time period. See How do I filter the leaderboard?.

Milestone tracking

Admins can see a list of upcoming birthdays and work anniversaries, and track related stats. See How do I view upcoming milestones and track taco stats?.

Personal redemption history

Anyone can see their own past redemptions, including gift card codes. See How do I view my redemption history?.

Downloading raw data

If you need the underlying data — for a spreadsheet, a BI tool, or your own reporting — admins can export it directly. See Downloading Taco Data for the four available reports.
