Downloading Taco Data

There are multiple reports you can download from HeyTaco, depending on the data you are wanting to see.

  1. All Taco data: you can download all your taco data, including every taco that was tracked, with giver and receiver information, message (if data retention is enabled) and timestamp) on Admin —> Dashboard.

  1. People data: you can download everyone's taco balances on the Admin —> People page.

  1. Redemption data: you can download redemption history on the Admin —> Redemptions page. Filter for reward type (custom, collaborative or gift cards) do download the correct redemption report.

  1. Gift Card funding history: you can download funding history on Admin —> Gift Cards page. This report does not include gift card transaction history. That is available on Admin —> Redemptions,  filter for Gift Cards.
